Abt - Reviews and experiences

I just bought a tablet from Abt, eh, and was pretty bummed that it couldn't connect to my cell service. I was annoyed to see there wasn't anywhere to put a SIM card or ESIM, which basically made it useless to me. But, I decided to shoot them an email to chat about it. To my surprise, Abt got back to me right away and sent a label to return the tablet. The whole return process was super quick and easy - I packed it up and got it shipped back within an hour, eh.

Despite initially feeling frustrated with my $1000 microwave purchase from ABT, I have to admit that they ended up handling the resolution process pretty well. At first, I had trouble getting in touch with the sales person and my shipment was delayed. Then, when the microwave finally arrived, it was dented, which was a letdown. I took some pictures and reached out to ABT. They didn't want to send me a new one right away, insisting that I return the damaged one first. That meant waiting for weeks for a replacement, and when it did arrive, it was late and damaged despite my timestamped photo evidence.

After leaving some online reviews, ABT got in touch with me and quickly sent a new unit as soon as the damaged one was picked up by UPS. The new microwave was delivered in good condition, which was a relief. It was nice to see ABT take the necessary steps to fix the situation.
