Abt - Reviews and experiences

I've been shopping at this store for years and have bought lots of stuff from them. They used to be known for being super nice to customers and open to haggling on prices. But my last purchase was a letdown. I had to shell out a crazy delivery fee that covered installation and recycling, too. I checked around and found out that another place had the same thing for less. It looks like this store isn't as customer-friendly as it once was. So, I won't be going back there again.

I was looking for a new BOSCH dishwasher at a decent price to replace my old one that wasn't working well. I couldn't find what I needed at other stores because of my kitchen layout and the COVID-19 delays. I should have checked out Ab or ebt first, they really helped me out with a faster and cheaper option. It was an awesome deal and I had a great experience shopping there.

I was kind of unsure about going to the store at first because I was worried about how expensive everything would be. But, when I went to ABT, it turned out to be a pretty good experience. The guy helping me out, Mr. O’Brien, was really great. He was able to match the prices for me, so I could get a good deal on a refrigerator. I'm happy with my whirlpool fridge - it does exactly what I need it to by keeping my drinks cold and my frozen snacks frozen. Overall, I'm happy with what I got and I would definitely think about telling others to check out ABT too.

So I was chatting online with Eva D and I gotta say, she really went above and beyond with the customer service. Not only did she price match for me, but she also found an extra rebate that I didn't even know about. Ended up getting a final price that was even lower than what I was expecting. I have to give props to Eva D for her efficiency and dedication, her service was top-notch!
