Long wait for book
I ordered a book two months ago and it hasn't arrived yet. I contacted customer service but got no answers or help. They just told me to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. I'm annoyed seeing the book still being sold with lots of copies while I wait for mine. I don't trust this company and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Rare first edition book
I bought a first edition book on this website not too long ago, but it never showed up. When I reached out for help, the customer service was not helpful at all. I kept going in circles with a system that felt like a robot, always asking for info I already gave when I placed my order. They said they would fix it, but they never did. After dealing with this for weeks, I decided to give up and find somewhere else to shop. I won't be using this website again and I'll make sure to tell others to be careful too.
