Rush shipping letdown
Rush shipping letdown
SpeedI paid extra for rush shipping but didn't get my delivery on time like they promised. Customer service was terrible - no phone number to talk to a real person, only a useless "chat" feature. They didn't help at all, just said they were escalating the issue by email, which didn't go anywhere. It was a total scam!
Christmas cards, expedited shipping
Christmas cards, expedited shipping
SpeedI bought some Christmas cards and paid extra for fast shipping, but they never showed up. I tried emailing and chatting with customer service, but couldn't get any help. It's frustrating not being able to talk to a real person to sort this out. It was a really bad experience that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
