App & PortalSo, like, this was our first crack at making a photo book, and let me tell you, it wasn't exactly a walk in the park. Our pics weren't as top-notch as we wanted, and we had a heck of a time figuring out how to use the software. Dealing with Customer Service was a bit of a mixed bag, depending on who answered the phone. It took us three tries to finally get our order right. The sale prices were cool and everything, but some more tips and guidance for newbies like us would've been real helpful.
