Snapfish - Reviews and experiences

So I ordered this 8x10 pic from this site not too long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty bummed out with how it turned out. The pic showed up all bent and creased, and that was a major letdown for me. They just chucked it in a bag with my 4x6 prints, so no surprise it got wrecked during shipping. Like, come on, can't they be a bit more careful with how they pack stuff? It got me thinking about whether their whole shipping process is up to snuff. When I'm shelling out for shipping, I expect my goodies to get to me looking top-notch, you know?

This company is terrible! They wasted a ton of money on ads, but couldn't even complete my order. I didn't even get a heads up that my order would be late, I had to contact them and then they were just like "oops, sorry, we haven't gotten to it yet." I mean, really? Missed Christmas because of them. If you can't handle the orders, then don't advertise so much, obviously!

I had a pretty bad experience with this company where I got two wrong calendar orders. I ordered the 2024 ones but got 2023 instead. Making things worse, the person who got the calendars is 92 years old and can't take a photo to show the mistake. I tried talking to customer service to fix things, but they were no help at all. It was a huge hassle and waste of time, and now I'm just not happy with the company's service at all.

I paid for my order and everything, but it never showed up. They just took my money and left me hanging. Definitely not gonna be using this service anymore.
