TrustI've been a customer with this company since the early 2000s, and for the most part, I've been pretty happy with the service. But, my recent experience was a total letdown. I ordered some photo prints and books, and it turns out that over 5000 of my photos went missing and can't be recovered. It's just not right. And to make matters worse, they only offered me a $20 gift certificate as a way to make up for it. That's ridiculous. Plus, nobody even bothered to get in touch with me to explain what went wrong. It's really disappointing. I suggest making sure you back up all your photos elsewhere or invest in digital storage so you don't end up feeling like I do right now.
