I tried a few other companies, and I thought their software was the easiest to use for putting the book together. When I got the book, there was a technical problem, but the customer service team was so helpful and nice. They quickly sent me a new one. ServiceI just ordered 12 books in November as Christmas presents. When they arrived, they were nicely wrapped and came on time. The books were awesome, although one had some pages that came loose. I got in touch with customer service in January, and they were really sorry about the issue and sent a replacement right away. Their customer service was top-notch and made me feel important. The books were amazing overall, and ordering was easy. I definitely suggest this service to others.
