Was unsure before ordering, used for holiday photos, colours actually surprised me

Saw it at a shop; sharp, nice colour — told sis.

I was halfway through flipping it — the paper feels solid, photos sharp and colours true. The hardback is sturdy though the first spread sat a bit stiff. Cheaper ones disappointed me before.

I had that tiny moment flipping through the photobook on my couch and actually laughed, knew it'd been worth it. Uses daily at breakfast, surprising print quality and the pages feel proper nice too.

Love the Imagewrap book. Pages feel sturdy and the print colour is spot on. The editor's dead simple, I messed around and it looked great. I've tried cheaper places before; this beats them. Small delivery delay.

Totally happy I went for this photobook. I needed something simple for Great-Grandma — family photos, and after a few dodgy print jobs I was sceptical. It was actually easy to put together, soft cover felt nice and she loved flipping through it. Fast delivery too, and will recommend it.

I got this awesome photobook for my sister in London and it was great! I paid extra for the 7-colour upgrade and it made the photos look really vibrant. The shipping cost a bit much, but it arrived pretty quickly so I think it was worth it. I'll definitely order again!

I recently bought a canvas print from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. I sent them an email on November 29th to let them know how disappointed I was. After waiting for weeks, on December 14th, I finally got an email saying they'd reprint the canvas for me. But when I got it, it was still bad quality and didn't match the colors in my original photo. I'm still waiting for them to fix this mess. The customer service I've gotten from them has been the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with. I've sent them a bunch of emails and even sent a physical letter, but I still haven't gotten a satisfactory response. The email I got on December 21st was just a generic one that didn't really address my concerns or offer a solution.

I've been coming back to this place for a few years now, and I gotta say, the photos and products here are always top-notch. The service is exceptional too, with deliveries showing up either on time or even earlier than expected. Definitely worth giving them a shot!
