Photobook - Reviews and experiences

Oh my goodness, I'm really frustrated at the moment! I thought I was ordering from a company in the UK, but it turns out they're actually based in Malaysia. I needed this photo book for my mom's birthday, and now it's going to be late because of some annoying customs problem. And to top it off, I paid extra for fast delivery, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference! I can't even call them to express my frustration, their WhatsApp chat is like a ghost town, so all I can do is hope they respond to my email. I am definitely not going to use this company again, oh my gosh!

I recently ordered a custom photo album online, thinking it would come to me no problem. But turns out, it was being printed and sent from Malaysia, which they didn't say on the website. The first courier, DHL, sent it back to the sender, so that delayed things. Photobook told me they'd send it again through Aramex. Then Aramex called me a week later, saying my album was held at customs and I had to pay a customs fee to get it. That extra charge caught me off guard and I was not happy, especially since photo albums are supposed to be duty-free in the UK. The website's wrong info on where it was coming from and the delivery date just added to my annoyance.

I ordered a photo book online and it was supposed to be delivered by courier. The courier messed up and returned it to the sender instead of delivering it to me. I sent an email to customer service to sort out the problem, but they haven't responded yet. I was really looking forward to giving that photo book to my granddaughter, so this situation is very disappointing.

I tried to copy a book and make some edits using this service, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. I kept getting error messages, and when I tried to get help online, I didn't hear back at all. And to top it off, they kept emailing me saying they had responded when they hadn't. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the lack of support and how slow everything was.
