Late delivery gamble
ReliabilityPacked boxes stared at me as I tracked a parcel that never showed. I paid extra for express because of a mid-week move. Promised Wednesday, then Friday after a call, and still nothing. Staff were polite on the phone but the delivery estimates are useless. Won't risk paying extra again.
