Oh man, let me tell you about this lady Mirka who was a total gem helping me with my ancestry kit. She was so patient and kind, walking me through each step and even fixing issues when I got stuck. Everything's running smoothly now thanks to her. Huge thanks to Mirka for being awesome!

I recently contacted customer service with a question, and I was really impressed by the quick and friendly reply I got. The person helping me, let's call him Matias for privacy, gave me all the info I needed to fix my problem. I did what he said, and in no time at all, Matias got back to me and fixed everything.
