ReliabilityCollecting my DNA samples was easy, but sending them to the lab was a whole other story. Shipping carriers didn't want to deal with DNA samples, saying they were biohazards. It created a lot of stress and hassle for me. I had to take matters into my own hands and deliver the samples to the US myself, using USPS certified mail. It was unexpected and not something I planned for when I bought the DNA test kit.
