App & PortalMy experience loading DNA from other sites onto this platform has been really helpful. I found matches I wouldn't have found otherwise, especially with people who have family trees here but not on other sites. It's been great for connecting with matches from Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Also, I like the new profile page layout, it makes research much easier. The hints on each person's page are now easier to see and better quality, which makes the whole process more efficient and fun.

App & PortalWhen I tried to fix something on the website, I got really annoyed because the instructions online didn't match what was actually on the screen. It made it super hard for me to make the changes I wanted. The company should update their instructions with new screenshots so that it's easier for people to use the website.
