I just placed an order for a special delivery for a family member who lives far away. The service was amazing and exactly what I needed to show my gratitude. The delivery went smoothly and my family member was thrilled by the surprise. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

Floral delivery delayed by a day

I was grateful for the phone call reminder from the company about my flower delivery. It was supposed to arrive on Thanksgiving, but ended up being a day late. I think they shouldn't have promised a delivery on such a busy day. A more realistic estimated date like Friday would have been better. Even with the delay, the company did keep me updated on my order, which I liked. Overall, I appreciate their effort.
