Oh my goodness, I have so many points but every time I try to get vouchers, I never receive them! I've emailed and chatted but haven't heard back at all! So frustrating! 😡

Lately, I've been noticing that the app keeps logging me out, especially when I'm trying to make a big purchase to earn some points. It doesn't even give me a heads up before it signs me out, which makes things really frustrating and unsure when I'm in the middle of a transaction. It's pretty disappointing to see that even though it's still getting my personal info from the extension, the rewards aren't showing up like they're supposed to. This inconsistency is making me question how dependable and honest the app really is.
