CommunicationI recently tried to find info on a British cousin who fought in the US Civil War and got hurt. But, honestly, my experience with this service was a huge letdown. I tried reaching out to customer service so many times, but they never got back to me. It's really disappointing to see a platform that used to be good bring down the reputation of a well-known brand like Ancestry.com.

CommunicationI recently emailed the customer support team for some help with a question I had. Unfortunately, the reply I got was not at all helpful and seemed like a generic, copy-paste response. It was kind of a letdown to see such a lack of personal touch and care for customer concerns. So, because of this, I've made up my mind not to renew my subscription with the company.

CommunicationI thought I'd give it a try since they offered a free trial, but turns out the platform isn't that useful for UK genealogists like me. I'm finding it really annoying that there's hardly any info on how to cancel my subscription, and it seems like they're making it tricky on purpose. Good thing my debit card on there is outdated, so they can't renew my subscription.
