    Rental book delivery issue

    So, I ordered a book from eCampus for my rental and things got a bit wonky at the start. The USPS carrier accidentally dropped it off at the wrong place. But when I reached out to him, he was super helpful and cool about it. He managed to track down the book and brought it right to my door later that same day. The way he went above and beyond really lifted my spirits and I was impressed by his dedication to fixing the mistake. I also let eCampus know what went down and they were quick to respond and totally understanding. All in all, even though there was a little bump in the road, I was happy with how both the carrier and eCampus handled things.

    Textbook purchase for returning, full-time student

    The experience of buying the textbook was pretty good, but it bummed me out that I couldn't hang onto it for a decent price. As a retired student living on a tight budget, it was frustrating to have to give back the book, even though it was still in great shape from the person who had it before me. I was expecting a bit more flexibility with the return policy, especially since I'm an older student on a fixed income. It would have been easier and cheaper if I could've bought the book at a discounted price instead of sending it back.

    University textbooks ordered online

    I recently ordered a bunch of university textbooks online and most of them showed up real quick and in great shape. But, one of the books is now on back order, so it's gonna take a bit longer to get here. It's been a bit of a hassle since the new semester is starting soon, but I'm staying positive that it'll be sent out soon. All in all, I'm happy with the books I got and how easy it was to order them.

    Online buying, physical copies of textbooks

    Buying digital copies online was pretty easy, but I really wish I could download them as PDFs for easier reading. On the other hand, getting physical copies of textbooks turned out to be a pain. I think they should take off the option to buy used physical copies when they're out of stock to prevent any mix-ups and hassles for customers. It was tricky trying to get those physical textbooks because they were marked as "out of stock," yet I could still click to buy them. Luckily, I got refunded eventually, but the whole textbook purchasing process was a real headache.

    I recently bought a textbook from this online store and I gotta say, the textbook itself was top-notch. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was fair. But man, let me tell you about the headaches I had with the shipping and customer service. The seller shipped out my order real quick, in just 2 days, so that was cool. But then things started going sideways. I got a tracking number but there were no updates after the initial one saying it was shipped. I had no clue where my package was, if the courier had it, or when it would arrive. When I reached out to customer support, they just told me to deal with the seller. Talk about not having my back. All this lack of communication got me feeling unsure and let down. I've had issues with this courier before, so that just made me even more anxious about the whole thing. So yeah, the textbook was great and the price was right, but the shipping and support side of things were a letdown for sure.

    Ordered lab manual

    I got this lab manual from an online store and it was a real mess, eh! The pages were all messed up, some were missing, and everything was upside down. I tried reaching out to customer service and it was like talking to a brick wall. They just kept going on about how it's "loose leaf" and maybe they'd send me a new one. After bothering them a bunch of times, they finally sent a replacement and it was way better. But honestly, it shouldn't have been that difficult from the get-go, eh!
