    I can't believe how this company tries to trap you into automatically renewing their software. Seriously, eh? If they just made it easier to cancel, I might think about renewing.     Auto renewal charge

    I had a bad experience with an antivirus software that claims to be a top cybersecurity provider. I was not happy with their auto-renewal process. I thought everything was fine after I turned off the auto-renewal on their website a month before my subscription was due to renew. I got an email confirming it, but I didn't really read it carefully. But then, I got charged for a whole year without any notice. When I went back to their website to check my settings, the option to manage my subscription renewal was suddenly gone. The email I got about the charge didn't match what I had cancelled a month earlier. I felt tricked and cheated by this company, so I've decided not to use their services again. It's too bad that a company with such a good reputation would do something so unprofessional.

    Account setup issue

    I had this annoying problem setting up my account the other day. They were supposed to send me a code by email for verification, but I never got it. It's been a real pain and stress since I can't move forward with the setup. Even though I pay for the service, I can't even use it. I tried reaching out for help but haven't heard back, which is kinda disappointing and confusing.

    Phone purchase and lost 2FA

    I just got a new phone and lost my 2FA app, so I couldn't log into my account. I reached out to customer support and they were amazing in helping me remove the 2FA. Now I can access my account with just my password. I really appreciate their quick and effective help. Also, their software has been great for keeping my computers safe. It works perfectly to protect all my devices.

    Downgraded subscription

    I had to downgrade my subscription from 10 devices to 3, but Bitdefender provided me with fantastic customer service. They really show they care about their customers and they resolve issues super fast. Even though I'm not great with technology, they always send me simple instructions that I can easily follow. I'll definitely stick with this company!

    Eh, I gotta confess, eh. I messed up when I bought my virus protection and VPN separately. But, I gave a quick call and chatted with this helpful guy named Andrew from customer service, and he fixed er' up in a jiff. The whole thing went real smooth, eh, and I felt like the services were gonna keep me safe and sound, eh.
