Skeptical at start, tried it, then the issue vanished.

Feels solid, works great day-to-day, support actually helped, kinda relieved compared to others

It just works — that's the thing. Years of using Bitdefender and I barely think about antivirus anymore. Scans are fast, updates run in background, interface feels clean. Once had a rough patch with another vendor, so I'm glad this one stays solid and easy to use, really.

I swapped a bunch of separate subscriptions for this a few years back, mainly to cover phones, laptops and my partner's tablet. It runs quietly and hasn't slowed stuff down. Support actually answers and helps, though sometimes setup was a tiny bit fiddly. Glad I made the switch.

Mid-morning I was on a couple of tabs when the program shut down for an update. Frustrating, but support responded and logged the issue. I rely on it daily for work and online banking, so uptime is important. The download and initial install were quick and delivery of fixes seems prompt. Overall I'm pleased it mostly works, just wish updates didn’t drop active sessions.

Bitdefender doesn't work on Windows 11 and it's been causing all sorts of problems. Technical support has been absolutely no help at all.

After I bought some new software, I ran into a problem where the program decided that good ol' Windows Notepad was actually a virus and kicked it to the curb, leaving me stuck without a text editor on my Windows system. It was pretty annoying, especially since it happened on a bunch of different laptops with a clean Microsoft ISO setup. Turns out it was a mistake, so now I gotta go hunt down a different text editing program.
