I first spotted this on a tech subreddit and told a co-worker to try it, so we both installed. Delivery of the licence email was fast, but setup didn't finish automatically and that annoyed me. Worse, it let three dodgy self-downloading EXEs through, pretending to be Bitdefender — real-time protection seemed leaky. I sent logs over a week ago and got slow, script-like replies at first. After a nudge they finally offered a refund, so I'm cautiously relieved.
