I started using the service a few days ago; first impression was muddled instructions and a wait. Mid-setup the rep slowed down, explained the issue in plain terms and worked with my hearing — that’s when I felt satisfied. I took notes and I’m more comfortable, though setup took longer than expected.

the online guide to turn off auto-renewal didn’t match what I saw in my account, and that was annoying. So I reached out via chat and got Lia E. Long story short, she did turn off the renewal for me, which took a weight off my shoulders. What bugged me was the first replies felt kind of boilerplate — like they were reading from a script — and after she finished the agent just dropped the chat without a quick "all good?" or even a goodbye. Little rude, but not deal-breaking. The software itself runs smooth on my machine, catches threats, and hasn’t gotten in the way of daily stuff, which was the whole point for me. So yeah, some kinks in the support flow and the docs need updating, but the switch made sense and my main worries are gone. Would recommend, just be ready to nudge support if something in the instructions doesn’t line up.
