Account setup issue
App & PortalI had this annoying problem setting up my account the other day. They were supposed to send me a code by email for verification, but I never got it. It's been a real pain and stress since I can't move forward with the setup. Even though I pay for the service, I can't even use it. I tried reaching out for help but haven't heard back, which is kinda disappointing and confusing.
