My M&M's - Reviews and experiences

Ordering my customized M&M's was so easy, the website was a piece of cake to use. It would have been even better if I could remove backgrounds from pictures, but all in all, I was super happy with my order.

The website was super slow and it just wouldn't work when I tried using incognito mode. I even tried resetting my password, but didn't get an email for like forever. Eventually, I managed to place my order without logging in and the designs were actually really nice. Although, I thought 10 Euros for standard shipping was kinda expensive.

Why do you charge so much for shipping? It seems excessive, especially when I'm already spending a lot on the products. It really takes away from the shopping experience and makes me think twice about buying from you in the future.

So, I bought myself some themed M&M's as a little treat not too long ago. Ordering them was super easy, no issues at all. The M&M's showed up real quick and were wrapped up all nice, way better than I expected. When I finally cracked open the package, the classic M&M's taste hit me right away - never lets me down. These candies were top-notch quality, so I'd say go ahead and treat yourself or a special someone to them. Big shoutout to the team for doing such a great job!

I picked up some custom M&M's from this shop not too long ago, and I was pretty pleased with how they turned out. However, I gotta say, the customer service was a bit of a letdown. The folks working there seemed kinda uninterested and weren't exactly brimming with enthusiasm. I made quite the trek to get there, so I was hoping for a bit more in terms of service.
