After 24 long years of loyalty, we've finally had enough, eh! I used to live in Italy, and Illy was my go-to for bringing a piece of Italy home with me, you know? From their machines to their coffee pods, I've tried it all. But in the last year, the quality has seriously gone downhill, eh. Multiple malfunctioning pods and missing canisters have been the last straw, you know? And when we reached out for help, we got radio silence, eh. It's time to say arrivederci to Illy and hello to Lavazza, eh.

I just bought a coffeemaker but it arrived defective and doesn't make coffee at all. I'm disappointed with the whole situation, especially because the customer service wasn't that great. I asked for a prepaid label to send it back, but I never got it, which just made things even more frustrating. So now I don't have a coffeemaker and I have to deal with returns and being on hold.

I've been using my coffee machine for about two months now and I've run into a problem with the milk frother. When I was using the steam function, the frother attachment flew off and it was quite annoying. I contacted customer service about it and they sent me new parts for the attachment instead of replacing the whole machine. But even with the new parts, I'm still having the same issue, which is pretty frustrating.
