PackagingMy recent purchase of an espresso machine didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I was so excited to surprise my husband on his birthday by giving him an illy espresso machine. I woke him up early to see his reaction, but our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we realized the coffee pods were missing. It was a real bummer and totally ruined the surprise. I reached out to customer service, and they were apologetic and said they would send us the missing pods right away. While I appreciate their quick fix, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. As a loyal customer, I expect better attention to detail and quality control.
