CommunicationI ordered a bunch of holiday gifts a couple weeks back but haven't heard a peep since. I've been hitting them up by phone, chat, and email, but nada. Super frustrating. You'd think they'd show some more love to a long-time customer like me. It's a bummer how much their customer service has gone downhill.

CommunicationI just ordered a box of assorted chocolates and was expecting them to arrive the next day. However, the delivery got delayed a few times, pushing it back to a few days later. I tried reaching out to customer service, but my phone calls were getting no response and my emails were being ignored. It was all just super frustrating dealing with the lack of communication and poor service. I wouldn't suggest going with this company again in the future.
