Dry ice purchase
Dry ice purchase
PriceSo, like, I recently placed an order for $3 worth of dry ice using a delivery service and man, what a disappointment. They ended up overcharging me $14 for the product and get this, I ended up with a regular bag of ice instead of the dry ice I actually ordered! When I reached out to both the driver and the customer service team about this mess, I got no help at all. The driver just ignored the issue and DoorDash didn't seem to care much either. And on top of everything, they still had the nerve to charge me a $2 tip for that terrible service. I gotta say, this has been by far the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery company, eh.
