Unfulfilled order
Unfulfilled order
AvailabilityI can't believe the lack of accountability and responsibility from this delivery service, eh. After being told over and over that my item wasn't available, I thought for sure I wouldn't be charged for it. But guess what, a week later, I see on my bill that I was still charged for something I never got, eh. This is totally not cool. Customer service was totally useless and their response was like they didn't even care, eh. It's so aggravating to get charged for a mistake made by their own shopper, and I'm definitely not using this service again, eh.

AvailabilityMy recent experience with the food delivery service was really frustrating. I ordered something, but then they told me it wasn't available after they had already charged me. The refund took forever, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all. So, I ended up just canceling my account because of the bad experience.
