ServiceI bought a washer last October and got a 5-year service plan with it. But my washer broke down a week ago. I tried contacting customer service but the phone number didn't work and my emails to the help desk were ignored. It's really frustrating not getting the help I need, especially after paying for the service plan upfront. Now I have to pay a lot for repairs even though I have an active service agreement.

They were really fast to reply and they sorted out a return and refund for me. The customer service folks were super helpful and made sure everything was sorted out for me.
