Ferratum - Reviews and experiences

So, I borrowed some money and at first it took a while to show up in my account, but after that, it was really quick. The customer service was great, even though it was hard to reach them by phone, but the chat was pretty cool and they were really helpful.

I liked the loan service, it was efficient and got the job done. But I think it would be better if the company had more types of loans, like ones that you can pay back over a longer period. All in all, I was happy with how quick and easy it was to apply, and how fast I got the money.

This company would have gotten top marks from me if it wasn't for how darn slow they are at processing payments. It's annoying to always be wondering if your payment went through, especially when it's your last one. Every time I ask about the delay, I get the same unsatisfying answer. Because of this problem, I'm not too sure about using this company for any future loans.

I've borrowed money from this company a couple of times and I gotta say, they've really stepped up their game. Approval used to take forever, but now if I apply after hours, I can get approval by 6 in the morning the next day and the cash in my account later that day. And I love that I can ask for more time - like a 45-day extension to pay back the full amount. It's been a huge help in keeping my money in order. All in all, I'm happy with how quick and helpful they've been.
