CommunicationOh man, I tried to get a loan from them, but seriously, their customer service was so slow and inefficient. It was taking forever to hear back from them and I was just thinking, nope, I'm not waiting around for this. So I ended up just giving up and forgetting about it. Honestly, don't waste your time trying with them. Trust me.
