RepaymentsI've actually been a customer of Ferratum for a good while now, and I gotta admit, overall it's been pretty good. But, this month I had a little hiccup when they changed my loan due dates without giving me a heads up, which was a bit of a hassle. And when I tried to get in touch with customer service to switch my due date to match up with when I get paid, they took forever to get back to me. Despite these recent bumps in the road, I've always been grateful for the help I've gotten from Ferratum in the past.

RepaymentsThis company would have gotten top marks from me if it wasn't for how darn slow they are at processing payments. It's annoying to always be wondering if your payment went through, especially when it's your last one. Every time I ask about the delay, I get the same unsatisfying answer. Because of this problem, I'm not too sure about using this company for any future loans.
