Parking spot overbooked

Let me tell you about my recent experience with this place, eh. I saw the cheap parking rates and thought, "Hey, what a deal!" But boy, was I let down when I got there and my spot had been double-booked. I had paid for a specific spot, but there was no spot to be found when I needed it. False advertising, for sure! I ended up driving around forever trying to find another spot, and let me tell you, it was a major hassle, eh. Needless to say, I won't be tricked by their cheap rates again, that's for sure.

Airport parking

It's pretty disappointing when you get to the airport and the parking lot you reserved is full and they can't honour the reservation. It just adds unnecessary stress and inconvenience, having to rush around to find another parking spot and almost missing your flight. Parking lots need to make sure they honour reservations so this doesn't happen again in the future.

Flight parking nightmare

What a disaster, eh! I went to park my car, but they said it was full. I was in a rush to make my flight and almost missed it because of all the confusion. This place is totally nuts, eh, and I won't be giving them my business again. I asked for help, but they didn't offer any at all. It's so frustrating and just not right, eh.

Reservation for a vacation

This company is the worst!! I booked a reservation for our family vacation and they totally messed it up. We missed our flight because they didn't honor our reservation. The place looked so sketchy, I was scared we were going to get robbed!

Airport parking reservation

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a company. I booked airport parking through Way, but when I got there, they told me it was full. I couldn't believe it - I had a reservation! So, I tried booking another spot through Way, but the same thing happened. I ended up missing my flight because of this mess. When I contacted Way for a refund, they made it so hard. They kept asking for proof from the parking lot that it was full and that I didn't park there. It felt like they were just making excuses to not give me a refund. I'm still waiting for that refund. And of course, no compensation for missing my flight.

Flight reservation cancellation

I had to cancel a flight reservation not too long ago, and I gotta say, the chatbox agent was on top of their game! Janet S helped me out real quick when my flight got cancelled, saving me from losing any cash. I really appreciated how easy everything was and the great customer service Janet provided.

Arrival at parking facility

I just got to the parking lot and found out that the shuttle wasn't working, so I had to figure out how to get to the airport on my own. Luckily, I was able to easily get an Uber. I contacted the company to ask for a refund for the Uber ride and they came through with a credit once I showed them the receipt. They handled the situation well and I'm thankful for that.

I had to cancel my reservation and ask for a refund because of some unexpected things that came up. I was really happy with how quickly customer service got back to me. They took care of everything in a really smooth and professional way, which made things a lot easier for me. I was grateful for how they kept in touch and resolved the problem.
