CommunicationI recently booked some paid parking through Way and unfortunately had to cancel my trip at the last minute. When I contacted them to get a refund of my deposit, they said they'd only give me "Way bucks" as credit instead of giving me my original payment back. I agreed, thinking I'd use it in the future. But then a year later, I found out the credit had expired. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I got no solution and basically lost my money. It's frustrating that Way doesn't clearly communicate their credit expiration policies, which ends up leaving customers like me in the dark.

Turns out, some of the hotels listed didn't actually have partnerships with the company. This made things a bit inconvenient, and I had to search for alternative parking.
