A week later, looking back, I'm relieved we didn't miss our plans, and I can recommend them with a caveat: good cars, shaky process. Not perfect, but it works if you keep your cool and push a bit. Shout-out to the one staff member who actually helped — they calmed things down and explained the paperwork. If they tightened the front desk process this would be a five-star pick for me.
