CommunicationMy rental car experience was alright, but I kinda wish I had just picked up the phone and called instead of using the online chat. It took so long to get my issue sorted out. The service rep seemed overwhelmed with all the chats they were handling at the same time, and I felt sorry for them. It took forever for them to reply to my messages.
