ComplaintsI just booked a car rental with this company, but it turns out the car rental company never got my booking. I tried to get help from customer service, but all they offered was a chat service that was super slow. They couldn't fix the problem and to make matters worse, they didn't give back their booking fee and wouldn't refund me. I had to deal with the headache of calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. Overall, the service was really unreliable.
