ServiceI wouldn’t rely on OK Mobility for an airport pickup. We’d booked a Peugeot 3008 two months in advance through their app, got the confirmation, did online check‑in — everything looked fine. Then we land, head to the desk with a two‑month‑old baby and the woman behind the counter tells us there’s no car and cancels our reservation. Awful timing, obviously. To give credit where it’s due she helped us find something with Europcar, but that ended up costing about €300 more for a different Peugeot. So yeah, the staff tried, but getting a confirmed booking cancelled at the desk is not great. If you’re thinking of using them, have a backup ready or call them the day you arrive. I’m mildly relieved we got a car in the end, but annoyed and out of pocket. Lesson learned — confirmation on an app doesn’t always mean you’re covered.
