Value good, pickup slow
Value good, pickup slow
TimingOverall I'd use them again, but don't expect a quick pickup. The car itself ran well and was decent value — that matters. I already had an OK account with my details, yet the counter still felt slow and a bit drawn-out, took longer than it should. There was visible damage to the front lights which surprised me; not ideal and borderline illegal, so they'd better fix that. Drop-off was straightforward, car inspected and released without fuss. If you need cheap, honest rentals here, give them a try.

ServiceI thought we did the usual walk‑around, but their handover was rushed and the pre‑rent photo they have is tiny and fuzzy. I’ve rented cars for almost 20 years and never bought their extra insurance, so naturally I argued. Customer service at first was like a brick wall, no real explanation, just “take the hit.” After I pushed, filed a complaint and emailed blurred photos back and forth, they finally reduced the fee and apologised — slow, but something happened. Tip: insist on a clear handover, or take the extra coverage. Lesson learned, reluctantly satisfied.

ServiceI wouldn't trust them for a stress-free trip. We needed a car right off a long flight with a kid, so I booked in advance and hoped for simple pickup. Instead a shuttle took us a short way, someone tried to swap our car for an "upgrade" — which I refused because their insurance add-on cost extra — and then they said if I didn't take it I wouldn't get a refund. Tired and with a kid, I paid up: pricey insurance and a €150 deposit, even though I thought I had full coverage. Took ages of emails to get the deposit back, so yeah, service was messy and annoying. Useful in a pinch, but I’d avoid them next time.
Airport pickup was messy but the car was fine

CommunicationI’d rent from them again, but only if I know exactly where to meet — the car was good, pick-up was not. I landed at Tunis and had filled the online check-in, but the local rep wasn’t waiting. I messaged and called the WhatsApp number a few times; he kept saying he was with another customer and on his way. After about an hour and a half he finally showed up and said we had to go to the company office outside the airport to finish paperwork. One annoying surprise: returns are processed at that office during business hours only, and if you have an early flight you might pay an extra fee. I got lucky — my flight fit their hours so dropping the car was painless. The vehicle itself was clean, drove fine for my daily errands and a short road trip, so that part worked. Just wish the pick-up/communication and the after-hours policy were clearer.

ServiceI wouldn’t rely on OK Mobility for an airport pickup. We’d booked a Peugeot 3008 two months in advance through their app, got the confirmation, did online check‑in — everything looked fine. Then we land, head to the desk with a two‑month‑old baby and the woman behind the counter tells us there’s no car and cancels our reservation. Awful timing, obviously. To give credit where it’s due she helped us find something with Europcar, but that ended up costing about €300 more for a different Peugeot. So yeah, the staff tried, but getting a confirmed booking cancelled at the desk is not great. If you’re thinking of using them, have a backup ready or call them the day you arrive. I’m mildly relieved we got a car in the end, but annoyed and out of pocket. Lesson learned — confirmation on an app doesn’t always mean you’re covered.
