CommunicationI rented a 7 seater car online and paid for it, eh, but they never called me to confirm, you know? I had to give them a few calls to find out what was happening. They kept saying they needed to call to get the car, but then couldn't do it. They even went to another place to try and get a car, but they still couldn't get it. Finally when they got a car, they wouldn't give me the keys, eh. I had to make a complaint and now it's being looked into.

CommunicationI was so disappointed with my experience at this car rental place. They told me I was getting a better car for free, but they ended up giving me a worse one. And to top it off, the car was almost out of gas when they gave it to me, and they didn't even tell me. On top of all that, the entertainment system was acting up the whole time I was driving. It was just a really frustrating and not great experience. I wouldn't suggest renting from them.
