We were already two coffees in when the shuttle they promised as "ten minutes" turned into a half-hour wait in light drizzle — and that pretty much set the day. Booking itself was straightforward and they charged me immediately, emails kept coming like confirmations, but at the pick-up they kept rechecking everything and then, without much explanation, refused the car we had paid for. After a long back-and-forth they grudgingly offered an older, smaller replacement. Not perfect — scuffed door, a weird rattle — but it got us to the grocery run, the ferry and our weekend spot. Customer service was brusque and delivery timing was poor, it ate half our day, yet once we hit the road the car actually did the job.
