Cramped, noisy and not private
SecurityNot impressed — privacy was non-existent and that mattered because I’d just moved provinces and needed help filing returns. Fifteen people jammed into a tiny room, staff calling SINs and birth dates out loud as if normal. Some employees were brusque, but oddly one rep dug into my paperwork and found a deduction I missed. Still felt sloppy and unprofessional.
