ComplaintsI hired them when my late relative's paperwork needed sorting and at first the site looked fine. Turns out the accountants seemed new to inheritance and property tax rules and made mistakes. Customer service didn't want to fix things, which was frustrating, though delivery of documents was actually quicker than expected — not ideal though, really.

Complaintsnot the place I'd trust last-minute, but I'm relieved it worked out in the end. I left my tax forms over a week before the deadline since I needed the refund for rent and I work evenings. I called, stopped by on April 15 — they were still in a drawer, untouched. Switched to H&R Block and got it done, so glad.
