I needed tickets last minute for a Cirque du Soleil show and Vegas.com came through! The website was easy to use, buying tickets was fast, and I got them quickly through email. We didn't look at too many other sites, but the prices seemed fair and there were lots of seat choices. It was a smooth and hassle-free experience that we would definitely repeat.

So I was all set to have a great time on my trip to Vegas, eh, I had reservations at two hotels for three nights in September. Everything was going fine until I found out our second choice was closing before our stay. But surprise, surprise, Jessica from the website saved the day. She gave me a call, fixed the problem, and found us a fantastic alternative. She cancelled the first booking and seamlessly switched us to the new hotel. Not only was she quick and efficient, but we also had a nice chat. Thanks a bunch, Jessica!
