AccommodationMy time at the event was absolutely amazing! The staff and performer went above and beyond, definitely deserving a perfect ten stars. However, buying tickets through this platform was a bit of a letdown. Firstly, there was no heads up about the lack of accessibility for the Meet & Greet, which made it tough for many fans to see the performer. This resulted in my elderly mom experiencing chronic pain because of the accessibility issues. Also, getting constant spam notifications about downloading my tickets, even after I had already done it, was just plain annoying and unnecessary.
