This company is such a scam, eh? Taking advantage of people like my poor ol' mom who just wanted to see Keith Urban in Ottawa. She was looking for tickets at a fair price, but ended up getting slammed with crazy fees that made the bill three times more than expected. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they priced the tickets in American dollars! Can you believe it? And when we asked for a refund, they hid behind their dumb policies. It's just not right. We're thinking about taking legal action to stand up for our rights as customers.

I was pretty bummed out about how sneaky the fees were when I bought my tickets on this site. They only sprung the extra charges on me after I had already put in my credit card info, which was super annoying. I thought I was just getting 2 tickets, but then my jaw dropped when I saw the total shoot up by $45 because of those hidden fees. And to top it off, in one case, the fees were more than what the tickets actually cost, which just didn't sit right with me. Even though I went ahead and made the purchase, I still haven't gotten the tickets almost a month later. Every time I ask about it, they keep saying the "digital tickets haven't shown up at the office yet," causing even more delays and frustration.

The concert tickets I got were so pricey, eh? I could've spent that cash on loads of snacks, you know?

I also noticed there were loads of tickets still available, which made me wonder about the trustworthiness of their business. To sum it up, I feel tricked and ripped off, and I advise others to be careful when thinking about buying tickets through this site.
