ChangesI recently bought some tickets to catch the Black Pumas in Seattle while I was on vacation in Washington. Unfortunately, the show got cancelled because of a Covid scare, and when they rescheduled it I couldn't make it back to Texas. Ticket Liquidator straight up refused to give me my money back, saying the tickets were still good for the new date. I've talked to a bunch of their folks, but none of them were able to help me out. Their supposed "100% money back guarantee" didn't help me at all, and I'm super unhappy with the way they handled things.
