On-siteI had a real bummer of an experience when I bought tickets through this platform. I got to the venue an hour and a half early for the event, only to find out that the tickets I bought were fake. I know it wasn't the platform's fault, but man, it was a major letdown.
Purchased fake tickets
Purchased fake tickets
On-siteI just bought some tickets from this place and they turned out to be total fakes. Lost almost $1100 because of those scammers. It's actually the second time this has happened with these guys, and they won't admit to selling me those fake tickets. I'd recommend steering clear of this company if you don't want to get ripped off.

Fake Tickets
On-siteI went to this concert thinkin' I was gonna see my fave singer but ended up with fake tickets, can you believe it? They charged me an arm and a leg for those fakes and when I called to complain, they just gave me the runaround. So not cool, eh?
Obstructed front row seats
Obstructed front row seats
On-siteI just bought some tickets through this service and man, was I let down. I dropped over $400 for what was supposed to be front row seats, only to find out they were practically hidden behind some speakers on the stage. When I asked for my money back, they only coughed up $32.80, which honestly seemed pretty disrespectful. So now I've asked my credit card company to refund me half the cost with a chargeback. If you ask me, the service should really start labeling tickets with bad views to keep from fooling their customers. Moving forward, they gotta be more straightforward about this stuff.

On-siteMy experience with the tickets I got from this website was pretty good. They came on time, but there was a problem with one of them already being scanned. It was a bit of a hassle because the venue only accepted Ticketmaster tickets for entry. But, after talking to customer service, they fixed the problem and I was able to get in. It was a bummer to deal with this issue, especially after driving 4 hours for my first Def Leppard and Poison concert.
Poor seating experience
Poor seating experience
On-siteI just bought five tickets for a sports game, but man, was I let down by the seats! I shelled out some serious cash for 'em, only to end up with a lousy view from Section 3B, Row 18. I go to games all the time, and let me tell you, I was surprised by how bad these seats were. It was embarrassing in front of my family, to say the least. I won't be using this platform to buy tickets again.

Obstructed view tickets
On-siteThe tickets I got were supposed to be really good seats, but when I got there, my view was like looking through a tiny window! I thought they were gonna send the tickets to my hotel, but they sent them to my house instead! Not cool, eh!
Concert tickets, fake tickets
Concert tickets, fake tickets
On-siteI just bought some concert tickets for my teenager from this ticket company. Turns out when my husband and son got to the venue, they were told the tickets were bogus and weren't allowed in. My son was so let down, especially because it was supposed to be his first concert. I tried contacting customer service, but they weren't very useful and said they could only refund me after getting proof from the venue. It was a real bummer for my family, so frustrating and disappointing.
Motely Crue, Poison, Def Leppard concert tickets
Motely Crue, Poison, Def Leppard concert tickets
On-siteI got tickets for the Motely Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert on here and was so pumped for a rockin' night. But it all went downhill when I got to the venue and found out that the tickets were fake. I had to scramble last minute to get new ones, which totally ruined the whole concert vibe. I tried calling customer service but got stuck on hold forever, making me feel like they don't care about their customers. From now on, I'll be more cautious about getting tickets from this platform.
