BookingI recently bought tickets for a special event and let me tell you, what a letdown! The website said I would get the tickets well before the event, but I only got the tracking number on the same day and just two hours before it started. Talk about stress! I had to fork out extra money just to make sure I got the tickets on time. To top it off, the customer service was a total mess. I was bounced back and forth between two people who didn't seem to care. I had to pay an extra $10 in the end, which just didn't sit right with me. It was a frustrating experience overall and you can bet I won't be using this service again.
